Hello our dear friends!
Time goes by so fast with all your packages being prepared. We almost forgot to publish a new update for you.
Here it is.
Delivery queue
First bunch of backers will receive their tracking numbers soon. We are going to start sending them to you in about a week or so. Keep in mind that there are 600 orders. That will take some time.
The second bunch of US/Canada pre-orders has just left our manufacture and has a long way to travel yet. We are optimistic to fulfill the delivery terms of this Kickstarter campaign.
From the next week we start sending the packages around Europe and the rest of the world.
A little part of Dice Tower packages
You'll have your tracking number. Keep an eye on your emails. A short reply from you would be appreciated, to know that you got it .
We all are excited about you receiving the dice towers and other beautiful stuff. Unfortunately, most countries postal services promise to extend delivery times in these months. So be patient.
What to do when you receive your package?
1. Take time to enjoy the moment :) It's important to reward yourself for waiting.

2. We hope all the packages will come to you complete and in a good condition. But everything may happen. We are ready for it.
So if you have something wrong, damaged or whatever contact us at [email protected]. Give us your name, pledge number, describe the issue, attach some photos, so that we can figure it out right away and help you.
We'll try our best to provide you with best service experience possible.
3. Find some place where you can feast your eyes on it. Call your friend and enjoy your games altogether.

4. Take some photos / videos share it on your socials and tag Smonex. Add #smonextower#smonex to find and share your experience with other board game lovers.
We'd love to know how you like them, how your sets look like on the table, which games you play. Let us know.
The review we'll like the most will be rewarded with some gift.
Several backers have yet to complete their surveys on BackerKit yet. If you read this here, please do this. Mind that we cannot manufacture, package and ship your order without you choosing designs and filling in your address.

Here is a new update on what's going on.
Many of you have already proceeded your pre-orders. Thank you! Now we can see what designs and add-ons you choose. Coasters are for sure the most popular add-on.
This is how we grind the coasters

We are already producing your dice towers, coasters, notepads and other items. We are eager to start shipping your packages. That's why...
From today we are going to start locking your pre-orders.
What does it mean?
You will receive a reminder email from BackerKit. Please check your Spam folder, as it turned out that BackerKit emails are often lost.
You will be given enough time to make any last minute changes to your order. This includes a last chance to add any add-ons. After 48 hours, your orders will automatically be locked.
After that you won't be able to change your pledges, designs and add-ons. So check your pre-order carefully.
What if I haven't received the pledge manager link yet?
Message me on Kickstarter or email [email protected]. I'll resend your personal link.
I pledged $1 and don't see theadd-ons.
You should switch your $1 pledge level to any other. Then you'll see all the add-ons available. How to manage with $1 pledge is shown in the previous update video. Video link https://youtu.be/bbJxXaQokK4
What if I would like to add something to my pledge later?
You may change your add-ons until your pre-order is locked. So if you'd like to add something later for some reasons, just let me know about the particular date you want your order to be locked. But keep in mind that the later your pre-order is locked, the later your package might be shipped.
I remind you that the late pledge is available till September 30.
If your message has not been answered yet. No worries. I can see all your messages and comments. There are plenty of them. I get back to you as soon as possible.

Congratulations to all of you wonderful people.
Thank you so much for being with us, supporting, advising, encouraging us all these weeks. This is you who make this project come true.
The time has gone so fast. I believe we don't even notice when you get your hands on all the beautiful pieces.
The next stage of our journey together begins. We already laser cut, engrave, polish, impregnate, assemble all the staff almost day and night. Production, packing, shipping and you happily get your reward.
What to do next?
1. Check your payment.
2. Visit the pledge manager to continue. In the pledge manager you:
check your pledge,
choose your designs,
choose your add-ons,
calculate the shipping costs,
fill your delivery address.
3. Follow us to look behind the curtains and know how it's going on.
